~More Joah~

Most of the pics that I have from Iowa are of Joah...besides the fact that I couldn't get enough of his chubby cheeks, I watched him for my cousin Michelle while her and her husband were busy with rehearsal and the wedding....we bonded!!

Iowa Trip (so it's a little late....)

I went to Iowa at the end of February for my cousin Melissa's wedding. It was so nice seeing that part of my family..it had been probably 7 years since I'd seen her. Anyhow, I have 5 girl cousins..three of which are now married. I was able to spend a little time visiting with them (they were pretty busy with wedding stuff), and meet my 2nd cousin (Joah) for the first time...he is so cute!! Needless to say, it was a short trip but I had a good time seeing my family and what a beautiful woman Melissa has grown up to be..I wish her and her new husband Paul the best of love and luck!!

Here are some pics I took of Brody's grandparents that we are really close to. I would like to put together an album for Brody. His grandpa will be 80 in May and his grandma is 75..they've been married for 58 years. This is what true love really is....

1st Calf Of The Year

Here are some pictures of our first calf of the year! It was a nice sized calf, especially since it was a first for this mama. He had to be pulled and the mama didn't want to claim him at first. Eventually she did but was a little aggressive in the process..butted Brody's dad out of the barn!
