Bragen's 1st Camping Trip!!

So we ventured away from home for the first time this summer and went camping over Labor Day weekend. We went camping/fishing at the mouth of the deshuettes (sp?) river!! We had a good time...despite the WINDY weather and trains passing through camp all night long..blowing their horns!! Bragen did really well, considering he has an overprotective mom who wouldn't let him crawl off of the blanket and play in the grass like he wanted for fear he might be exposed to some crazy germs...I know, I know...I can't protect him from everything!! He slept all night..better than Brody and I. I got up frequently to make sure he was warm enough. I put him in the backpack and we went fishing a couple of times...I hooked two steelhead, but lost them both :( It was nice getting out of town, even if only for a few days.
